We stand by our work with a 1-year warranty, and if any issues arise, we will return at no additional cost to you.
Our team boasts over 15 years of experience in the industry and has earned high ratings on Angie’s List, A+ rated on BBB, along with numerous awards for customer service excellence. We operate on an hourly time and material basis, similar to plumbers or electricians.
To provide an estimate, we assess the required time for your project over the phone or through pictures sent to our email at [email protected]. We then offer an estimated price range for your project. Once an appointment is scheduled, we will process the first hour, and our technician will arrive to complete the work at the scheduled time.
Our technicians are available Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM. Upon satisfactory completion of the work, we bill for the actual time worked and any materials we supply. Homeowners have the option to provide necessary materials themselves. If we need to purchase materials, our technicians remain on the clock during the shopping time, and a convenience charge is added to all materials.
All appointments require a 1-hour minimum to be paid at the time of booking. We accept payment via check, cash, or most major credit cards, with payment due at the end of each day’s appointment. For projects lasting longer than three days, payment for work completed is due at the end of every second day. We can schedule most work within 3-5 business days, while larger jobs may require a week’s notice or a consultation ahead of a custom quote.
Our hourly rates are as follows: $198 for the first hour, which includes a $60 dispatch fee. Every hour after the first is billed at $138 per hour, pro-rated in 15-minute increments.
